Rain

...gutter's overflowing again. Maybe someone will make me a little paper boat to float in it.

  1. It's always reassuring to see your gutter, overflowing or not - sometimes your plant pots look like they're teetering on the edge of a long and deadly drop.....

  2. We had tons of rain last night too. My seedlings were floating in their trays. The garden needed it desperately though. I love not having to water!

  3. As much as I have complained about the rain - like ALL winter, and ALL spring - the garden has apparently enjoyed it. Everything is bursting with life and have hydrangeas blooming that have never bothered before. May have to learn to love the downpours!

  4. It actually look like your gutters are the road and the cars would be parked on the sidewalk...Neat, it seems like everyone had rain, yesterday

  6. Anyway to "harvest" that rainwater for later use? Of course that's on my to-do list (get a rain barrel) so maybe you already have a solution and I'm projecting, unneccessarily.

  7. Paula - it's hard to see it all going down the spout - but on the roof storage is very hard - weight space, safety.
